₊ ⊹ My art style is not 100% consistent. I like to experiment with my art and try out new techniques, so I can't guarantee consistency. I can guarantee that the quality will never be less than what is advertised.₊ ⊹ I reserve the right to decline a request if I receive AI generated references or find that you are associated with cryptocurrency, AI generated images, or scamming.₊ ⊹ You will receive periodic updates of my work. Normally, these updates will be sent at the end of each stage (sketch, lineart, colors, etc).
↳ Skeb-like/Surprise Me! work is an exception, as you will only receive the final product!₊ ⊹ My art is not allowed to be used for anything related to cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI-generated art.

‧₊˚ ☆ Payments

₊ ⊹ The prices listed are only the base rate. Rates will be higher depending on the complexity of the character design and illustration. Things such as detailed outfits or additional backgrounds/characters will increase the price.₊ ⊹ Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes do not apply to clients that have confirmed commissions. They do apply to people on the waitlist.₊ ⊹ VTuber commissions can be paid in installments. The amount and frequency of the payments are to be discussed directly with the client. The work will only begin after receiving the first payment.

‧₊˚ ☆ Revisions

₊ ⊹ Any revisions are possible and free at the sketching phase. After the sketching phase, all revisions will come with a fee, or will not be possible at all.

‧₊˚ ☆ Deadlines and Delivery

₊ ⊹ Rush commissions come with a fee. I work on requests on a first-come-first-served basis. If you would like me to work on your commission before everyone else or you have a tight deadline, I ask that you pay the rush/priority fee.

‧₊˚ ☆ Intellectual Property Rights

₊ ⊹ I maintain all the rights to my work as the creator. You can not claim my work as your own. You must include credit to my page somewhere on your profile or personal website accessible to the public.

‧₊˚ ☆ Commercial Use

₊ ⊹ Works that are intended to be used commercially come with additional fees.Personal Use: Use as profile pictures, wallpapers, banners, etc.
Digital Redistribution: Digital redistribution for profit such as song cover illustrations (if monetized), voice pack illustrations, exclusive access art.
+ 50% of final price
Physical Redistribution: Physical merchandise sold for profit (not free handouts), such as keychains, prints, stickers, etc.
Paper items: + 50% of final price
Non-paper items: + 100% of final price₊ ⊹ All VTuber, PNGtuber, and GIFtuber commissions come with digital commercial rights by default.

‧₊˚ ☆ Refunds

₊ ⊹ You can request a full refund only if I have not started working on your project.₊ ⊹ After the sketching/lining phase, you will only be eligible for a 50% refund. At the coloring/shading phase, you will only receive 30% refund. Once the work is completed and delivered, you may not request a refund.

‧₊˚ ☆ Communication

₊ ⊹ I will be thoroughly communicating with you once I start working on your commission. You will receive frequent updates and WIPs several times per drawing stage (sketch/lineart/coloring).
↳ Does not apply to Skeb-like/Surprise Me! commissions.↳ Since I open several slots at once, there is a chance I will be working on other projects before starting on yours. I will not be sending updates until I start working on your commission. You can check my commission progress on the Trello linked on my profile.
